In the January 2000 meeting of the Community Council it was decided that the council should publish the minutes of the meeting and all subsequent meetings on its website. As visitors to these meetings are rare, publishing the minutes on this website and displaying the minutes on notice boards is the best way for members of the public to see what we get up to.
The information provided by the Meetings pages is not guaranteed to be absolutely correct. A scanner, optical character recognition software and a few hours of manual editing are required to prepare each set of minutes (unless provided directly by the clerk and even then formatting is required).
This information is available on the notice board in the Village Hall.

All minutes are currently available for download in Adobe Acrobat Reader Format. I felt that this was the best format to put them in as the majority of users already have this program installed on there computer and if not are able to download it for free off of the internet.
